This book tackles organizational transformation of museums in a manner that applies to any organization, particularly nonprofits. This inspired me to share with other organizational leaders to move our church to transform to be more involved with our community.

I am a docent in one of the Museums illustrated and I learned a lot about why changes were made over the past few years. It makes a clear statement about how to "thrive".
Clear, beautifully written and documented, tons of ideas for anyone in any stage of working with or starting a not-for-profit organization. Concrete examples, check lists, a variety of institutions in a variety of locations. Unbelievably helpful...Ordered lots of extras to give to others involved in the same or similar projects.
